Describe the visual result in measurable development terms rather than using only words such as strong or attractive. The supplier should record application thickness, number of coats, curing method, lamp type, and cure time for each approved sample. Magnetic particles respond to the field and can settle or distribute differently depending on viscosity and application technique, so a visual standard must be tested under a repeatable procedure. A production sample should also be reviewed for label accuracy and component assembly, not only nail appearance.

Request the proposed test plan, sample identification, curing instructions, packaging checks, stability observation scope, and documentation required for the destination market. For the gel, clarify tests related to appearance, viscosity, curing, adhesion or wear evaluation, and compatibility with the stated lamp and top-coat system. For packaging, include leakage, closure, brush, print, and transit-related checks where relevant. Ask which results are supplied before approval and which records are retained for production. Regulatory obligations vary by market, so labeling, ingredient disclosure, safety documentation, and restricted-substance review should be confirmed for the intended sales region rather than copied from another country.

Separate the commercial assumptions into formula development, packaging procurement, artwork approval, sampling, and bulk production stages. State the expected first order quantity, shade-by-shade quantity, packaging quantities, acceptable split deliveries, and whether stock components are acceptable. Lead time should identify the starting point, such as deposit receipt, artwork approval, component arrival, or final sample approval; otherwise supplier comparisons are misleading. Include a target launch date and a decision deadline, while recognizing that customized bottles, caps, boxes, and printed materials may follow different schedules. MOQ, lead time, and quotation should remain provisional until specifications, component availability, testing, and order quantities are confirmed.
